iMovie/ WeMovie- Here’s a link to WeVIdeo Academy which hosts a series of How To Videos. For iMovie, a quick google search will bring you to a bunch of how to videos. But you will need to be sure to note that iMovie for iPad is different than iMovie for a Mac.
SparkVideo- Is a terrific video tool that is free. Converting video, however, I’ve found can be a bit tricky.
For CAD- you are on your own, but I have had some success with Tinkercad
