In our opinion the most popular sports are as follows: Hockey, Snowboarding, Alpine Skiing, Curling, Figure Skating. Hockey is one of the most watched Olympic sports, in fact, it is sometimes thought of as the main event. Figure skating is also very popular, but not as popular as hockey, Snowboarding is very popular as well.

Currently, the Top 5 Countries are:

Germany with 12 medals 7 gold, 2 silver, and 3 bronze.

Netherlands with 11 medals 5 gold, 4 silver, and 2 bronze.

United States Of America with 7 medals 4 gold, 1 silver, and 2 bronze.

The U.S.A men’s hockey team was playing against Slovenia. The U.S.A had a 2-0 lead, but the Slovenian hockey team made a comeback and won against the U.S.A 3-2. Luckily, the USA is not knocked out of the competition because it is just a group game, the USA is doing very well in the Olympics. In third place the USA is sure to have a good run this year.

Chloe Kim has won the women’s halfpipe for snowboarding. Her best run was 93.75. It was crazy and the commentators loved it! She was only 17, too. Good job by Chloe Kim.
